Refund Policy

1. Introduction
At AppCraft Studios, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with Slip-Scan. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your Slip-Scan subscription at any time through our website or application. Once canceled, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing cycle.
We do not automatically provide prorated refunds or credits for partially used billing periods.
3. Refund Eligibility
If you forgot to cancel and you were charged for the next period, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Annual Subscriptions: You have 7 days from the renewal date to request a full refund.
- Monthly Subscriptions: You have 48 hours from the renewal date to request a full refund, provided no active scanning/storage activity occurred.
4. Custom & Enterprise Plans
Due to the tailored onboarding and infrastructure scaling involved, all payments for Custom or Enterprise plans are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in your specific Service Agreement.
Custom services are highly reliant on human-driven engineering allocation setup. Please consult your bespoke contract directly for applicable human-driven service thresholds and exit clauses.
5. How to Request a Refund
To explicitly request a refund, please contact our support team at support@appcraftstudios.com with your order number, account email address, and reason for the refund.
Approved refunds are processed through paddle, our Merchant of Record, and generally return to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
